What can employers see?
Personal conversations, goals and reflections are not shared with employers. Companies receive only protected, aggregated insights for groups of at least ten people, never individual learning profiles.
Does Noé replace human coaching?
Noé is an AI reflection partner. It offers space to organise thoughts and develop personal perspectives. It is not a person and does not replace professional coaching or psychotherapeutic support.
