Noesia is an audio platform for developing people and teams. People listen on their commute, on a walk, between two meetings: podcast episodes, insights, interviews, exercises. Spoken by people who truly know their field. Afterwards, Noé, our reflection companion, helps listeners carry what they've heard into their everyday work. The voice can be male or female. Listeners choose for themselves. What took you years to learn becomes a shortcut for someone else.
No video, no live sessions, no screen time. Podcast episode, insight, interview, exercise: 15 to 20 minutes that can run alongside something else. That's exactly why people actually listen to them.
No generated content, no editorial team summarising the literature. The person speaking has worked on the topic for years, with their own cases and their own stance. Your experience is the content.
After listening, Noé asks the questions you've set as the creator, tailored to the listener's situation. No test, no grade: a conversation. That's how your knowledge keeps working beyond the recording.

Noesia is booked in two ways: by companies for their teams and by individuals for themselves. Either way, your audio training sits in the same catalogue. You don't have to choose between the two.
PATH A · COMPANIES
HR or management takes out a subscription, and every employee gets access to the whole catalogue. Your trainings are included from day one, without you having to talk to a single company.
PATH B · INDIVIDUALS
Anyone who wants to develop personally takes out their own subscription and listens to the same catalogue. No employer has to approve it, and nobody sees what they listen to.
Whether individual or company: each paying seat distributes its share according to its own listening time. Seats with no listening distribute nothing.

Once approved, your audio training goes into the catalogue by itself. From then on, teams at companies with a Noesia subscription and all private subscribers can listen to you.

HOW YOUR SHARE IS CALCULATED
Every paying seat counts
At the Lite price, whether Lite, Premium or Max is booked. Individual or company.
Costs are deducted
Noé and hosting at fixed, published rates, together capped at €8 per seat per month. The payment fee is deducted separately, in addition to this cap.
Your share follows listening time
Split by listening time. If 60% of a seat’s listening is you, you get 60% of its share.

What doesn’t count
Free access, trials, guest passes, previews and your own listening do not count. The share for platform-owned or imported third-party content stays with Noesia.

Version 2026-10-01: 1.3 cents per visible Noé answer, 0.2 cents per minute of speech recognition and 1.17 cents per minute of speech output. Hosting per paying seat: €1.25 below 2,000 seats, €0.30 from 2,000 and €0.15 from 10,000 seats. Usage and hosting together are capped at €8 per seat per month. In addition, a payment fee of 5% for individual seats or 2% for company seats is deducted from the net Lite base. The standard share for new creators is 30% of the net Lite base after all deductions, split by listening time.
At most 100 answers per rolling 7 days plus 20 monthly bonus answers, and 10 minutes each of speech recognition and output. Partial months are prorated. New rate versions only apply to future months, never retrospectively.

Your listeners work at companies with works councils and data protection officers. They have requirements. We meet them so you don't have to.
Every training is listened to before it's published. We check structure, clarity and sound quality and tell you what's still missing instead of simply rejecting it.

Self-billing with monthly statements, the legally required reporting data, and payouts by SEPA transfer to your account.
Frequently asked questions
No joining fee, setup costs or creator subscription. At our current size and with typical usage, you earn around €4 per individual seat and €7.70 per company seat each month when it listens only to you. Your share depends on your listening minutes within each paying seat. The earnings section explains the calculation and all deductions.
Yes. Once approved, your audio training automatically goes into the catalogue that is delivered to all company and private subscriptions. You don't need your own community or followers.
You do. You keep the rights to your content; Noesia only receives a non-exclusive right to use it on the platform for as long as your audio training is published. You can delete your content at any time in the creator portal.
Yes. The rights you grant Noesia are non-exclusive. You can offer the same content as a podcast, e-book or live training at the same time.
For one playlist, realistically one working day, spread out however suits you: about an hour of concept, the script at your own pace, 70 to 90 minutes of recording, roughly an hour of editing and 30 to 60 minutes for the details in the creator portal. Our review then takes up to three days.
Almost everyone feels that way the first time they hear themselves recorded. It's not about having a narrator's voice, it's about being easy to understand. A headset in a quiet room is enough. That is exactly what we check before publication, and we tell you with reasons what's still missing.
Calculated on the 25th of the following month, paid by SEPA from €50. Smaller balances carry forward: quarterly settlements from €10 and every positive balance at year end. No expiry. Complete and approved tax and bank details are required.
Not every topic: we accept professional and business topics that are well-founded and make no promises of healing. And yes, you can leave at any time. You delete content in the creator portal and can terminate the contract with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.
